But after seeing a bunch of of those variation eevees i couldn't resist so i took some ideas and made some of my own.

Umbreon: Jackal mixed with untamed eevee.

Flareon: Lopunny was the father.

Vaporeon: mixed fishing cat with mermaid tail.

slyveon: husky mixed with bow tie.

Leafeon: evolved near four leaf clover

Jolteon: jack rabbit mixed with cheetah.
